All that he does in us is designed to make us a mature church for his pleasure, until we become a source of praise to him—glorious and radiant, beautiful and holy, without fault or flaw.
Ephesians 5:27 (TPT)
We don’t graduate, but we can and are to become accomplished. We never are immune, but we do learn, through both wisdom and revelation, how to live well, how to get hit less, how to fall less. Mastering the finer points of a Beloved Son/Warrior life, including hearing God’s instruction, engaging in spiritual warfare and guarding his heart, a man can then model and show others how. And we need more men who can show others how.
So often we see men who are not trained, not healed, ready to lead others. Their hearts are good, but we need men who have gone the distance, men who have been on the gurney, men who have entered into their own battles, before battling for others.
Advance Training is not so much about “telling” others but rather showing others by simply being. The effect of a man on the lives of others is significant. As a man learns to walk with God in a dangerous for good way - a way that his effect is significantly glorious rather than wounding and unfortunate - lives around him will change.
