What does Redeeming Generational Masculinity mean?

(1) A culture of masculinity which is intentionally pursuing God for healing, training, and the redemption of friendships across the stages of the masculine journey—older men encouraging and discipling younger men; (2) The process by which older men bestow masculinity on other men across generational lines through authentic friendships and rites of passage.
