I started going to these back when it was still "Top Gun." But the last couple HoWW encounters have reinforced the need that we brothers fight together. In the bigger picture, I spent my life collecting titles to pad my resume: Naval Aviator, Pilot, Yacht Captain, Senior Operations Manager... but none of it matters (GAL 2:6). We are not our resume (good or bad). You are not your failure, your abortions, your addictions; you are bought & paid for by the Son of The Most High (ROM 8:1). You are a beloved Son, you have a table with the King. It is only through His Grace that we are saved.
Becoming an Elder Sage has shown me a deeper calling. While I'm not ready yet to put down my sword, I am willing to pick up the staff and lead, listen, love.
